Sackville Street, whilst retaining short term occupation of upper floor offices
and long term occupation of the ground floor retail accommodation. The deal
was further complicated by a number of statutory services being inter
connected with the adjacent Regent Street property. However Horsley
Chaplain Properties satisfactorily resolved matters by effecting a sale to
Great Portland Estates.
