Horsley Chaplain Properties negotiated the purchase of four industrial sites on behalf of a local residential developer. Planning consent was subsequently obtained for the redevelopment of the sites with 51 luxury dwellings, and the entire project was subsequently sold on to a national housebuilder for the development to be undertaken.
