Horsley Chaplain Properties working in conjunction with London based developers, Marlin Land identified a site suitable for the relocation of United Parcel Services (UPS) & Haulfast Limited West Yorkshire distribution facilities. Terms were agreed to purchase the site and erect a new 111,000 sq.ft facility with funding from Caddick Construction.
