Austin Reed Service Centre, Thirsk

Horsley Chaplain Properties acted on behalf of Austin Reed Limited to negotiate a sale and leaseback of their Service Centre. The deal will involve partial redevelopment of the site including a new office facility and Austin Reed will partly share in the development profits that will be realised from the future development.
