Acting on behalf of Zip Textile Services, Horsley Chaplain Properties have acquired a 2.43 acre site in Tyseley for the relocation of Zip Textile's commercial laundry business. From receiving instructions to identify a suitable site to exchanging contracts with the vendors was a mere 56 days in order to ensure the project could quickly get underway.
